STEPS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR DONATION REQUEST
Deadline
Donation requests must be received at least 60 days in advance prior to your event date.
If your donation deadline has past, please DO NOT fill out a request, as we will not be able to process your submission. We kindly request that you check back with us for a future event date.
Donation Request Letter
All Donation Requests must submit a Donation Request Letter in order to be considered.
IRS Tax Exempt Forms are NOT accepted as Donation Request Letter but if you are Tax Exempt then we will request this separately upon approval.
Guideline Adherence
Due to the high volume of requests that we receive, we must adhere to the above guidelines and our provided submission deadlines, as this ensures a fair and efficient process for all donation requests involved.
FOLLOWING UP on Submission
If you have not heard from us, please DO NOT follow up on your donation submission until 30 days prior to your event date.
