With proper documentation, you may return orders that were EITHER incorrectly fulfilled OR products that are damaged within 14 days of receipt of product.  After 14 days, we WILL NOT offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
